Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to implement projects in the public sector.

The Solution Architect serves as the key project leader, responsible for client solution design, delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. They serve as the functional solution lead, guiding our clients and our team through the software development lifecycle on Salesforce implementations while driving the art of the possible. As part of their role, the Solution Architect leads requirements workshops, future-state capability, and solution definition, and transforms the capabilities into user stories that highlight the features of the proposed solution. Using their advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform, the Solution Architect crafts a design that makes the best use of Salesforce functionality.

Once the project build begins, the Architect’s involvement will include a mix of hands-on configuration and oversight of work assigned to other team members. This involvement is expected to continue through the build and testing phases to ensure the solution comes together as designed and scoped. This position requires the ability to perform the following:

• Responsible for delivering appropriate and effective solutions, developing design requirements, functional specifications, and technical infrastructure to meet our client’s expectations.
• Effectively run and participate in large workshops sessions for requirements gathering, demos, user acceptance testing (UAT) preparation, and/or training.
• Work cohesively with the client and development teams to produce leading-edge products or solutions.
• Design solutions leveraging OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptor.
• Design and drive the definition of technical and functional architecture for road mapping/advisory projects and implementation projects.
• Hands-on ability to configure Salesforce to implement the required functionality and the overall solution design.
• Work collaboratively with the Engagement Manager and other Delivery team members to ensure the successful delivery of implementation projects.
• Advise and assist Engagement Managers during implementation by advising on timeline and effort for technical work, including partner and client efforts.
• Provide realistic estimates for level of effort (LOE) and statements of work (SOW).
• Work with clients to ensure technical design meets use cases and functional requirements and stay engaged with the client through the project lifecycle.
• Take responsibility for the documentation of the technical solution, including any partner implementation work.
• Provide support during UAT to address raised questions or concerns.

Internal Responsibilities:

• U.S. citizenship is preferred.
• An active security clearance is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce industry experience and 5+ years in a Solution Architect role.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including mobile, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Experience implementing Government Cloud or Industry Solutions is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of OmniStudio experience.
• Salesforce Certifications (i.e., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Non-profit Cloud, etc.) are a plus.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Rally.

Location:

• The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be in the United States. Up to 25% travel may be necessary.

Base Salary Range

• Currency: $
• Pay Range Start: $150,000
• Pay Range End: $220,000
