Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive various projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate resources and third-party vendors for project execution
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and issues
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
• Prepare project documentation and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with relevant building standards and sustainability practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction or energy efficiency
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with new construction practices and building systems
• Experience with sustainability initiatives, including WELL Building Standard and renewable energy projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual candidates will be preferred
• Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and mentor junior staff
• Experience in utility industry projects is advantageous
