We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer's to join our team. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces for our clients. This role requires a blend of design skills, customer service, and sales acumen. You will be involved in setting up Kitchen & Bath showrooms and servicing the customers kitchen & bath designs and sales. You will have residual sales from these multiple showrooms.

"We are looking at over 80 showrooms in Phoenix metroplex"

We are one of the largest "National" suppliers of Kitchen & Bath Cabinets, Countertops, Sinks and faucets.

Duties:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design
- Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using specialized software "Pro-Kitchen"
- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Provide product demonstrations and recommendations for kitchen fixtures, appliances, and materials
- Work closely with the management team to ensure accurate pricing and ordering of materials

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in kitchen design, interior design, or related field
- Strong knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing orders
- Ability to conduct outside sales activities to promote services and products
- Experience in selling and renovating kitchen spaces is a plus
- Strong market awareness and ability to stay updated on industry trends

Responsibilities:

- Conduct product demos to showcase various kitchen design options

- Set up stores with kitchen displays and service their sales needs
- Utilize outside sales techniques to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Create innovative and practical kitchen layouts that meet client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Maintain organized project documentation and design files

Experience:

- Proven experience in interior design, particularly in kitchen design
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in layout design software to create detailed kitchen plans
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
