For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  1. Developing and Maintaining GDD: Write and keep the Game Design Document up to date, improve existing functionalities, and develop new mechanics to maintain high project quality.

  2. Feature Supervision and Acceptance : Coordinate the feature development process with the team, monitor implementation, and accept completed elements for further integration into the game.

  3. Managing Game Economy: Design and balance economic systems, define and adjust difficulty curves, probabilities, and monetization points.

  4. Data Analysis and Gameplay Improvement: Work with analytics to understand player behavior, identify weak points, and make changes to improve retention and engagement metrics.

  5. UX/UI and FTUE Involvement: Participate in the development of the user interface and first-time user experience (FTUE) to enhance navigation and accessibility for players.

  6. Level Design: Participate in creating and tuning game spaces.

  7. Close Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments for effective implementation of game mechanics, participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and resolve issues.

  8. Creating Scenarios and Activities for Players: Design in-game events, missions, and activities to maintain interest in the game and allow players to develop their roles.

  9. Creating and Maintaining Game Design Documentation: Formulate, describe, and regularly update documentation on game mechanics and rules for the entire development team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  1. Game Designer Experience of 5+ Years: Experience in a game designer role, preferably in midcore mobile projects or open-world games. Knowledge of RolePlaying games and working with game economies is a plus.

  2. Skills in Creating and Balancing Core and Meta Features: Experience in balancing difficulty curves, probabilities, monetization points, and other key gameplay elements.

  3. Understanding of UX/UI and FTUE: Knowledge of UX/UI principles and first-time user experience (FTUE) to guide players and enhance their interaction with the game.

  4. Skills in Writing and Maintaining GDD: Ability to clearly document ideas, improve existing functionality, and develop new mechanics in a GDD for the team.

  5. Experience with Analytics: Skills in analyzing game metrics and data to identify improvement areas and adapt gameplay accordingly.

  6. Level Design Skills: Basic understanding of level design to create engaging game spaces is beneficial.

  7. Communication Skills and Teamwork Experience: Ability to effectively collaborate with artists, developers, and analysts to jointly achieve project goals.

  8. Proactive Approach and Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to find and propose solutions to emerging problems.

  9. Documentation Creation and Management Skills: Ability to clearly formulate and present ideas and mechanics to the team, creating documentation that helps the development team realize concepts
