SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Legal, and Mortgage industry. We have a growing national title agency with an office in Plano, Texas looking to hire an experienced Escrow/Title Insurance National Vendor Manager for a full-time permanent role.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience working in this role.
Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000/yr. This is an onsite role to start and may eventually move to a hybrid role but candidates must live in the Plano area. This is a Direct Hire role and not temp.
National Escrow Vendor Manager Job Duties:
Responsible for managing relationships with title insurance vendors and abstractors and serving as the main point of contact.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize costs and service quality
Evaluate vendor performance through regular assessments and feedback
Responsible for managing vendors on a national basis and serving as a main point of contact for escalations
Train all new staff members and ensure existing staff members are trained with the latest state-by-state requirements
Assist with preparing job aids and training materials for vendors
Assign and track all title order requests
Assume responsibility for all assigned orders from inception to completion
Provide support to the organization for problems with vendor products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with abstractors and other title insurance vendors and maintain daily reports and SLA’s
