• Develop leads specifically tailored to establish a strong client base within the luxury real estate market of Long Beach, CA.
• Participate in specialized training programs designed to enhance knowledge and skills focused on the luxury real estate sector.
• Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are secured with either a listing or buyer's agent, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with potential homebuyers through phone calls and emails, emphasizing the importance of relationship-building and brand recognition.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company objectives accurately.
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into valuable clients.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in the CRM system for agent reference.
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with a professional and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
• To be eligible for this position as an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Long Beach, CA, US, candidates must have a valid Real Estate License or show a strong commitment to obtaining one.
• Prior experience in sales is a requirement for individuals interested in this role.
