We are looking to hire someone for a construction position in Maryville, MO. Time will be split between performing various construction tasks with an emphasis on wood framing in the beginning and restoration tasks, along with supervising various trades, subcontractors and labor. The applicant will need to be self-sufficient in how to problem solve and make repairs in a variety of trades listed below. The applicant will be based out of or near Maryville but some travel and overtime hours may be required.
The applicant must be a great communicator with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and company management. Applicants must be self-motivated and self-sufficient when it comes to all construction tasks. Applicants must also maintain a positive attitude. This is not an entry-level position or apprentice position. We're hiring skilled carpenters and tradespeople.Applicant needs to have experience in the following restoration tasks:
