Job Description

At Watertown Ford Chrysler in Watertown, SD, we are looking for a strong leader to grow our Parts department to an even higher level! We are currently seeking to grow our Leadership Team. If you are currently interested in supporting a fast-paced environment, you may have the qualities needed to be our next Parts Manager. If you are currently a Parts Manager, a high performing Parts Counter Person or a skilled Technician, you may have the qualities needed to be our next Parts Manager. This person must possess the following attributes:

Prior Automotive Parts Department experience
Great Leadership qualities and World Class customer service skills
The drive to perform
The ability to train and grow their team members
An entrepreneurial spirit

General Dealership computer skills
General mechanical knowledge
Time management and Leadership experience
A positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) history
