Position Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and highly analytical Amazon PPC Manager who specializes in Amazon PPC marketing. You are a natural communicator, effective at conveying complex information clearly. You excel in data analysis and are passionate about using Google Sheets.

Your drive to learn and improve constantly sets you apart. Coding experience is highly beneficial. You are reliable, adaptable, and capable of managing weekly calls across different time zones seamlessly. Above all, you have a problem-solving attitude and are eager to bring new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Collaborate with your Team Lead to oversee and manage 3-5 client accounts, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • PPC Strategy and Optimizatio n: Design, implement, and continuously optimize ad campaigns, including bid management, targeting research, and budget optimization to achieve client objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights and drive performance improvements across campaigns.
  • Manage Scale Insights: Set up and effectively use our PPC tool, Scale Insights, for advanced campaign management and optimization.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through Slack and client meetings, providing updates, insights, and addressing any queries to foster strong client relationships.
  • Client Reporting : Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate internal documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  • A) Deep Understanding of Amazon PPC Concepts and Strategies:
    • Expertise in Amazon PPC: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Amazon PPC strategies and best practices. Ability to develop and implement advanced PPC strategies to exceed client expectations.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think beyond the basics and develop strategies that drive long-term growth and profitability. We expect you to know more than our clients and provide insightful recommendations.
  • B) Analytical Skills and Technical Proficiency:
    • Data Analysis: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
    • Google Sheets Expertise: Expert user of Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
    • Coding Experience: Coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Google Script) are highly beneficial for deeper data analysis and automation.
  • C) Strong Communication Skills:
    • Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Client Interaction: Proven experience in maintaining proactive and transparent communication with clients. Comfortable conducting client meetings and using tools like Slack for daily interactions.
